Add the server URL https://aquaplan-mcp.vercel.app/api/mcp to Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code or ChatGPT, then sign in to AquaPlan and approve the OAuth consent screen. The MCP server requires an active Coach plan and checks it on every request. Your assistant can read your training context, generate and validate swim workouts, save and edit private drafts, check Garmin status and preview a Garmin upload. Sending to Garmin stays in the AquaPlan app.
